Our field-based HR Managers work hand-in-hand with our retail leadership teams to drive performance and legendary customer care in every one of our stores every day. Building the people plan for their business unit, HR Managers deliver excellent development for our people, superb results for the business, and really make sure that our stores feel like a great place to work.

Our Head Office-based HR Managers and Partners work with our business leaders to define the people agenda in that area. They work with our leadership teams to enable them to work together effectively and create a productive environment for their teams, improving overall business capability. Providing a range of solutions from coaching to leadership development, they will also engage the broader HR specialist teams where required.
