Our Employee Relations team directly contribute to our mission every day. It's a fast-paced environment, which is challenging in its complexity and different every day.
We have a strong team of HR Advisors in our HR Shared Service Centre, who provide 'in the moment' advice on a day-to-day basis that takes into account the very latest employment legislation. The team handle over 300 calls a day from line managers across our stores and our head office functions. Cases vary from disciplinary and grievance cases to performance and capability issues, ranging in degrees of complexity. No matter what the case or the situation, we always strive to deliver our customer satisfaction targets with the focus on giving professional, friendly and expert advice.
This is a great role if you enjoy all the aspects of employee relations but don't want the added pressure and extra work of reviewing paperwork and cases out of office hours - at Boots you'll be able to leave each day knowing you have given the very best possible advice. You'll be given full support by the management team, regular ER updates and continuous training session. We operate on 2-shift rota with a lunch break and guaranteed 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.
