We have various roles ranging from Advisors who are the first point of contact for our customers, to Correspondence Specialists who communicate with customers who choose to write or email.

Then there are our support functions - a key part of the team; Planning Analysts who analyse our contact volume data to ensure we're here when customers need us, to Support Specialists who monitor the quality of our work to ensure we genuinely deliver the highest levels of care to our customers.

Our key roles include Advisors, Senior Customer Managers and Team Leaders; but we also have many other opportunities within the team.

Advisors

Our Advisors are the heart of our team, making sure that people receive legendary customer care everytime they call or write to us. They're the experts on all our products and services - ready to give customers and colleagues the advice they need.

We look for people who can build a rapport with customers, ideally with experience in a customer-focused role. It's fast moving - if you stay up to speed on new products and sales plans and work to daily targets, you'll thrive. We're passionate about development so you'll find structured support, help with a relevant NVQ and the chance to grow into a more responsible supervisory role.

Senior Customer Managers

This team manages the most complex and challenging contacts that come to us - issues that can reach right up to director level. Working in tandem with our PR and technical teams, they also protect our business. They're the experts in responding sensitively and creatively to each situation - whether they're dealing with colleagues or customers.

We look for creative problem-solvers and proven relationship-builders who can work at pace and keep on top of our ever-changing products and offers. Add in our structured development, support towards NVQs and dedication to growing our own people and you could potentially move up to a supervisory role.

Team Leaders

Our Team Leaders have highly refined leadership skills. They're organisers, motivators, influencers and relationship builders. They understand customer relationships, how teams work and can tap into data to keep improving the way we work.

If that's you, you could excel here, leading a team of around 18 Customer Advisors and seeing that we consistently deliver legendary customer care and reaching retail's most demanding service levels.
