Trading

Our Trading team's role is to develop ranges to delight our customers and to buy products and negotiate the keenest prices and promotions with suppliers. There are three categories:

• Beauty includes self-selection, cosmetics, skincare, fashion brands, No7, premium cosmetics and fragrance, accessories and indulgent bathing.
• Toiletries & Lifestyle includes photo, electrical beauty, insurance, seasonal gift, summer living, gift-card, toiletries, baby and nutrition.
• Healthcare includes positive health, over the counter medicines, pharmacy services and prescriptions.

Trading is fast-paced: Buyers and Assistant Buyers need to be reactive in responding to changing markets and proactive in anticipating customers' needs. We believe in giving our buyers ownership of category budgets.

We look for a passion for retail, commercial awareness, a good understanding of the product lifecycle and experience in a consumer retail environment.
