As a key part of the Global Sourcing function, our purpose is to create value and growth opportunities for our brands through our ability to deliver innovative and exciting products that delight our customers. We ensure that these products are responsibly and sustainably sourced and delivered at optimum cost.

We are part of a dynamic international team that work across all parts of the business and touch all parts of the product offer. We are at the forefront of new business partnerships, both in the UK and globally, whether with suppliers, supply chain and retail partners or brand owners.

We play a key role in enabling our brand ambitions through identifying, developing and driving performance across a global supplier base.

The Boots Brand Buying team covers four main product areas:

Beauty includes self-selection cosmetics, skincare, fashion brands, No 7, fragrance

Toiletries & Exclusives includes electrical beauty, toiletries, indulgent bathing and baby

Lifestyle includes seasonal gift and accessories

Healthcare includes all aspects of Boots Pharmaceuticals including positive health and over the counter medicines.
