Our Analysts are passionate about probing into our data, asking insightful questions, and finding the answers – answers that influence some of our most crucial business decisions.
We’ve invested heavily in customer insight and analysis and built a great team, armed with leading-edge technology. As part of our Marketing department, the Customer Insights team are central to our success – so much so they scooped an internal Support Office Team of the Year award for 2009/10.
We believe in handing the team a lot of autonomy. We encourage them to take ownership of the data they’re working with – and there’s plenty of it. They work with a variety of sources including data from our Boots Advantage Card, one of the UK’s leading loyalty cards. With over 16 million Boots Advantage Card customers, our data is perfect for providing valuable customer insight.
