Our Brand and Marketing teams work together to ensure the success of our products and raise the profile of our customer-led brand. They are the people behind our award-winning TV campaigns, our enticing offers and our innovative product ideas, such as Protect & Perfect.
These teams are organised into two separate functions:
Boots Brands & Exclusives
This area of the business is divided into four core teams - Boots Pharmaceuticals, Beauty Brands, Exclusives & Christmas and Retail Own Brand. The team is responsible for developing our brand portfolio across each of these areas to increase our share of the health and beauty market, both in the UK and globally. This stretches from sourcing brands globally to developing inspiring product ideas to keep us ahead of the competition.
Our experience in these markets is unrivalled. As well as offering you the opportunity to work on one of our high profile brands such as No 7, Soltan, or Soap & Glory, you can also expect to see significant investment in innovation and new brand launches that will continue to delight our customers.
Marketing
Our Marketing teams come up with the strategy that keeps customers returning and business booming: what our TV ads look like; our in-store promotions; how we reward over 16 million Advantage Card holders. Marketing is at the heart of our success, gathering insights into our customers' needs and ensuring we continue to meet them.
