Our Brand and Marketing teams work together to ensure the success of our products and raise the profile of our customer-led brand. They are the people behind our award-winning TV campaigns, our enticing offers and our innovative product ideas, such as Protect & Perfect.
These teams are organised into two separate functions:
Boots Brands & Exclusives
This area of the business is divided into four core teams - Boots Pharmaceuticals, Beauty Brands, Exclusives & Christmas and Retail Own Brand. The team is responsible for developing our brand portfolio across each of these areas to increase our share of the health and beauty market, both in the UK and globally. This stretches from sourcing brands globally to developing inspiring product ideas to keep us ahead of the competition.
Our experience in these markets is unrivalled. As well as offering you the opportunity to work on one of our high profile brands such as No 7, Soltan or Botanics, you can also expect to see significant investment in innovation and new brand launches that will continue to delight our customers.

Customer Communications are the driving force behind our advertising campaigns, delivering insight-led marketing through a range of channels to help boost sales and keep the business thriving.
The Customer and Market Insight team know all about our customers and how they like to shop - everything from the products they love, to when they like to buy them, how often and where. These insights help teams like Space and Merchandising, who take care of the design and layout of our shops, to develop the perfect in-store experience: that means everything from having the right products on the shelf, all the way through to building the right stores in the right place.
External Communications work closely with a variety of teams across the business to maximise opportunities for media coverage. External Communications is also the home of the Community and Charity team, who manage our partnerships with Macmillan Cancer Support and BBC Children in Need.
The In-Store team are responsible for all of our store marketing materials: from eye catching window displays to attract customers in, right down to the to the shelf edge labels to make them aware of our great offers.
Loyalty Marketing look after our 16 million Advantage Card holders, keeping in touch with them through personalised direct communications and giving them fantastic offers on their favourite brands. They are also responsible for our Parenting Club and Health & Beauty magazine.
Our Multichannel team give our customers more ways find out about our huge range of products and services through a variety of online and mobile channels.
Partnership Marketing endeavour to make Boots the first-choice partner for suppliers to develop new business opportunities, which both leverage and reinforce our relationship with customers.
