Located primarily in Nottingham, there are over 300 permanent colleagues and many outsourced partners who work across three continents. 

This is our most challenging time to date. We have an ambitious agenda for the next three years and IT will be critical. Some of our recent achievements include re-branding around 1,000 community pharmacies and successfully integrating into Boots WebMD, one of the leading UK providers of online healthcare advice. We were awarded the "Multi channel Integration Project of the Year" at the Retail Week Technology Awards 2010 for our efforts to ensure that customers have ease of access, convenience and choice at their fingertips.
