We help our customers feel good by...
helping our line managers to recruit, engage, develop, reward, manage and retain the talent we need to deliver legendary customer care.

By developing a culture of partnership and support, we're making Boots in the UK a great place to work. In 2012 we achieved number 21 in the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. Best Companies also awarded us 'one-star status', which means we're a first-class organisation.

It's an exciting time to join HR. You can contribute to a People Plan that's designed to support the business to deliver great retail performance and growth through new business initiatives whilst transforming the way we carry out all of our core processes to deliver better and better value for money to our customers.

What we look for...
HR includes a wide range of generalist and specialist teams, all contributing to our three-year People Plan. There's plenty of opportunity for development and progression, both with our field-based teams around the country and in our Support Office.
