Finding the right person

We are investing heavily in the development of our healthcare portfolio, creating an essential new team that will help to develop and launch a growth strategy for Boots own branded healthcare products.

Pivotal to the team will be an experienced and ambitious Brand Manager with the drive and vision to help us develop a selected range of branded healthcare products.

From early concepts right through to product development and positioning this is a unique opportunity to help manage and develop revolutionary brands for Boots Healthcare.

Playing a pivotal role

Demonstrating creative and conceptual thinking you'll help develop an innovative brand strategy from the beginning.
With outstanding brand insight and knowledge from the healthcare sector or another dynamic area of the FMCG market, you will turn key consumer insights into actionable brand development plans, whilst maintaining a keen awareness for strategic business objectives.
Drawing upon a wealth of successful brand management and creative successes, you'll quickly establish essential and long lasting relationships with many key stakeholders across the business
Most importantly, you'll combine all of these business qualities with the commitment to care as deeply about our healthcare products and brands as we and our customers do

Having the skills to succeed

Impressive brand management and brand development experience in an FMCG, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge of project management and a comprehensive marketing skill set
Experience of product development with a consumer-led focus and taking brands into the market
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to flexibly apply product range management within a retail environment
A degree in a related subject and/or a postgraduate qualification in marketing
